We will endeavour to deliver the goods ordered by you as soon as reasonably practical to the address given by you at the time that you made the order.
Orders received after 12.30pm, same day despatch can not be guaranteed. A valid signature is required upon delivery. Once your order has been delivered to you and we have received payment in full you will become the owner of the goods. They will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Most small items can be shipped via the Royal Mail on their standard postal service, up to 3 selected items per order can be shipped via this service before it becomes too heavy and a courier service is required. If you choose to use the Royal Mail service there is no way of tracking the parcel, Map (UK) cannot be held liable for any delay, loss or damage. Small Order Charge
Please note that there will be a small order charge of £3.00 added to your orders total if the total goods amount in your basket is below £5.00.
Standard Dispatch
Whilst all of our customer orders are important to us, we understand that some customers require their goods quicker than others. The standard dispatch service is a more competitive service that will offer delivery of your goods in approx 48 to 72 Hours.
Priority Dispatch
This service is a premium service, which entitles your order to be dealt with as a priority. It will be picked ,packed and dispacthed before any other orders of a lower status. Once your order is ready for dispatch it will aim to be delivered between 24 to 48 hours by our chosen couriers (This is not a quaranteed next day service).

Unwanted Items
Cancelling orders once payment has been made or returning unwanted items will incur a charge of 15% of the order total
You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following circumstances:
- The item is in an "as new condition". It must be returned to us in its original condition unused and in its original packaging which should not be marked or damaged (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product at all). It should be returned with the original box, packaging, accessories. You must NOT write directly on the packaging.
- You notify us in writing by fax, letter or email within 7 working days of receipt of the item and return the item within 30 days. We recommend you keep a copy of this.
- The order was not an order for a business or company.
Items not returned to us in an "as new condition" will not be refunded and any costs to return the items to you will have to be paid before we can return them.
Please note that if an exchange for another item(s) is requested then you agree to the standard delivery charge that would apply to that item(s) if purchased through our checkout procedure on our website.
Please use our Printable Returns Form as a covering note for the item. Failure to complete this form will lead to a delay with the processing of your return.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us. All costs associated with the return of the unwanted item are to be paid by yourself and return must be made to the correct returns address.
Goods should be returned with adequate protection to ensure that the goods and packaging reach us in good condition. If any goods are damaged in transit you will have to pursue a claim with your chosen courier or mail delivery service.
All goods returned to us as unwanted will be examined upon return and any refunds / exchange will only be applied once final agreement has been made to accept the product(s) back in accordance with our terms & conditions. Any free or bundled items received with the product must also be returned.

Returning Damaged / Incorrect Goods
